Goals for this week

The cleaning up/putting away in our back room I did last week went really well! I knew I was going to be taking a picture of it, so it gave me even more motivation to get it done.

Here is the "before" shot again:

There are no more boxes! Yeah! There are a few random things on the shelf that still need to be put away, but it feels so much more homey. There was a stack of pictures in there that we hung up. Its amazing how much more at home it feels with a few pictures on the walls!


The other side of our back room didn't get as cleaned up as I hoped.

The boxes are still there, but not the box full of packing paper, and the boxes are all organized in neat piles. So it is so much better. Hopefully they can be gone this week!

As for my other goal of getting outside everyday, it was great. Even though it was a bit rainy most of the week, we went to a play group, the library, ran errands, and played at a nearby playground. I liked this goal, and want to do it again this week.

My organizing/cleaning goal for this week is our master bedroom closet:


Yep, it is a mess. Lots to do in there. But if I work on it a bit each day this week, it should be organized!
